1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing quantumbitcoinmining.org (the "Site") or using any of its services, you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must leave the Site immediately. For any mining activity you must also tick the checkbox "I've read and agree to the Terms of Service" before submitting a mining request.
2. Service Description
QBM provides a web‑based platform that lets Users rent time on private quantum computers for the purpose of mining Bitcoin. Access is granted via the Site after you submit the required data (see § 4). The platform may be discontinued or suspended at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter contracts.
Residents of jurisdictions that prohibit cryptocurrency mining or the use of quantum‑computing resources are prohibited from using the Service.
4. Data Collected & Use

Privacy is guaranteed. All collected data is stored securely and retained for at least 6 months to resolve any future disputes. No advertising or third‑party analytics are employed.
5. Pricing, Payments & Refunds
Payment is made by sending the requested fees to the address displayed in the payment window; no other payment methods are accepted.
Refunds are granted only if you have submitted the private keys and have not violated any term of these Terms and have requested one within 12h. In that case a full refund of any fees paid will be issued.
No refunds are available for any other reason (e.g., platform shutdown, inactivity, or user‑initiated cancellation).
6. Usage Limits & Abuse Prevention
A User may mine once every 28 days. Attempting to mine more frequently is considered abuse and will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of all funds.
Mining the minimum amount (as defined by the platform's current calculus) is also deemed abuse and will trigger the same penalties.
Any attempt to exploit, tamper with, or otherwise manipulate the platform's code or infrastructure will result in immediate termination and loss of all deposited funds.
7. User Obligations
- Provide accurate Bitcoin address, private keys, and Telegram username.
- Not share your private keys with any third party.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including those governing cryptocurrency mining and export of quantum‑computing technology.
- Keep the Terms of Service up to date by regularly reviewing the Site; updates are posted on the Site and become effective upon posting.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on quantumbitcoinmining.org (text, graphics, code, etc.) is protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification will be pursued with legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
The sole remedy for any claim against QBM is the refund described in § 5, and only if the conditions for a refund are met. QBM disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service.
10. Termination
QBM may terminate or suspend your account without notice for any breach of these Terms, including but not limited to:

11. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy linked from the Site. In short, we keep the data anonymous to any third parties; only QBM and staff have access, and the data is never used to train or improve models or sell advertisements.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Amendments
QBM may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are posted on the Site; it is the User's responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of the Site after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
